TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

By purchasing a voucher, you agree to the following terms and conditions

Vouchers

After purchasing a voucher, you have 30 days from purchase to claim a refund if the voucher has not been used. After 30 days, no refunds will be given. All vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase. If the voucher is not used before the expiration date, then the voucher is no longer valid. Expired vouchers can be re booked in for a fee, only if the voucher has not expired by more then 6 months. This fee is 20% of the value of the voucher.

**Please remember to book your experience before the voucher expires.**

Cancellation policy

Once you have booked your voucher in to be used, a minimum of 48hrs noticed must be given if you plan to no longer attend. If less then 48hrs notice is given you may loose your voucher with no refund. If less then 48hrs notice is given but you would like to re book the voucher there is a rebooking fee which will amount to 20% of your vouchers value. If you do not turn up for your experience at the agreed date and time and have not informed us before hand the voucher will be void and non-renewable. These conditions are at the discretion of East Sussex Falconry

Adverse weather conditions

If the experience is cancelled due to weather or any other factors the East Sussex Falconry team deem unsafe or unsuitable for both the clients and birds, then another date will be found to rebook your voucher. Please note only a member of the East Sussex Falconry team can cancel due to the weather, this is not a decision the voucher holder can make. If your voucher is nearly expired and East Sussex Falconry have to cancel the experience, then a free extension may be given to give more time to rebook.

Health and safety

Please inform East Sussex Falconry of any medical conditions which the participant or guest may have which could affect the experience, and if any young children plan on attending Before Purchasing. If you do not inform us of any health conditions or young children before attending we can not guarantee you can attend the experience, you could also loose your voucher with no refund.

 Please remember this is an outdoor experience, walking through woodland and parkland for prolonged periods so please contact us regarding any mobility issues.

We do not allow dogs on the experience, this includes service dogs.

If you arrive late to the experience, we cannot guarantee you can attend the session and you may loose your voucher. Please allow plenty of travel time to ensure you are not late.

East Sussex Falconry will not be held liable for any injuries sustained by the participant or guest whilst on an experience.

East Sussex Falconry will not be held responsible for damage or loss to any property while on an experience.

Falconry gloves will be provided and must be worn when handling any of the raptors.

Be aware that the birds have sharp talons and beaks and will not tolerate inappropriate behaviour. You may get bitten or footed if you do not follow the Head Falconers instructions! To which we will not be held liable.

Any irresponsible behaviour, which puts our birds or other Guests at risk will not be accepted or tolerated and you will be asked to leave with no refund.

Guests must wash their hands after the experience.

Children: children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult who will also need to purchase either a participant or spectator ticket. If you intend to bring a child under 8yrs old please contact us before purchasing.

Validity:

Our experience vouchers are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase.

Delivery:

Vouchers will be sent by post. Depending on the time of year please allow at least 5 working days for delivery.
